Why Us

The Difference Experience Makes.

Choosing and implementing business technology is complicated and time-consuming. Backed by six decades of real-world experience, N49 helps businesses choose the right solutions, put them in place, and avoid the common mistakes that lead to security gaps, unnecessary complexity, and underused technology.

Business-First Approach

We focus on your business goals first, then recommend the technology that best supports them.

Independent Advice

Recommendations based on what works best for your business, not on a preferred vendor or platform.

Connected Systems

Solutions that work together to reduce manual work, improve accuracy, and save time.

End-to-End Delivery

From planning to implementation, we handle the details and deliver a working solution.

IT on Your Terms

Remote and on-site IT, device setup, and ongoing plans that fit the way your business works.

You Own Everything

Your accounts, domains, subscriptions, and data remain under your control.

Approach

Start with Understanding.

We start with the business, not the technology. By understanding how work gets done, where information moves, and where things slow down, we can determine what should be built, configured, connected, or improved.

The result is technology chosen for a reason, implemented with purpose, and useful in everyday work.

Common Questions

Things to Know

Where should we start?

Start with the business outcome you want to improve or the technical issue getting in the way. We will clarify the need and determine whether Growth services, Managed IT, or a combination is the right first step.

Can we start with just one service?

Each service stands on its own. Start with what your business needs today, then add other services as your needs evolve.

Can you improve or connect what we already use?

Yes. We can assess your existing website, systems, and workflows, keep what works, improve what does not, and connect tools where it creates practical value.

Do we need to be technical?

No. We handle the technical decisions and explain the important parts clearly, so you can focus on your business and make informed choices.

What will you need from us?

We typically need a clear point of contact, timely decisions and feedback, and access to relevant information and content. We will identify exactly what is needed before work begins.

How long will the work take?

Timing depends on the work involved. We agree a schedule for projects and device setup, and arrange remote work or an on-site visit for everyday IT issues. Monthly plans have an agreed scope and a clear process for requests.

How is the work scoped and priced?

We agree the scope and price before work begins. Choose a defined project, individual IT work, a per-user monthly plan, or a block of hours. We explain what is included and agree any additional work before proceeding.

Are software, advertising, and subscription costs included?

Third-party subscriptions, advertising spend, domain fees, and other external costs are paid directly by you to the provider and are not included in our fees. You will know the expected costs before approving the work.

Can you handle ongoing IT work?

Yes. Managed IT covers remote troubleshooting, on-site visits, devices, and account changes. You can arrange individual work, a per-user monthly plan, or a block of hours, with no mandatory long-term contracts.
